Pricing for paid plans is available on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
Refunds are provided at our discretion. One-time lifetime deals are non-refundable after 30 days.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Prices do not include taxes unless stated otherwise.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Prompt-U provides tools to optimize prompts, but we are not responsible for the content generated by third-party AI models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude). You are solely responsible for reviewing and using AI-generated content appropriately.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prompt-U, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for disputes that may be brought in small claims court.
Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Delaware, USA, or remotely via video conference.
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
